CO and XO permissions
« on: November 04, 2015, 05:13:30 PM »
Is there a way to either extend the scheduling forum permissions to include some one else in the unit, or alternatively switch out one of the leaders for someone else? I ask because our XO is currently inactive, and our CO would like some help scheduling, but it looks like he is the only one with scheduling forum permissions right now.

I actually have this same situation, and I'm not sure how that thread answers it... What does it take to get or assign CO/XO level access to the battle scheduling forums ?? Related question, how do you get others receiving the automation emails that the CO/XO get ???

Follow the instructions in that thread. Those who need access need to apply for group membership to get it.

They need to be in the CO and XO email fields in your unit's admin data.

you may need to use a distribution list like a google group if you want the email to go to more than 2 people.

You can also put in multiple email addresses in each field, separated by commas ( , ).
